Develop and implement social media advertising strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
Manage daily ad boosting activities, including budgeting, targeting, and scheduling posts.
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics to ensure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Coordinate with the creative team for content creation, captions, and visuals suited for paid campaigns.
Research market trends and competitors to improve ad reach and engagement.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on ad performance and spending.
Supervise the marketing team in executing digital campaigns and promotional activities.
Suggest and implement new ways to increase online followers, leads, and conversions.
Ensure all marketing materials and online content follow brand guidelines.
Coordinate with branches or partner outlets for local promotions or special events.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management (experience in ad boosting is a must).
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and leadership skills.
