You will play a crucial role in supporting the client's creative needs. Your responsibilities will include designing event materials and social media assets and fulfilling various marketing and communication requirements to ensure a visually engaging and cohesive brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for event materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, signage, and promotional items

• Provide all print files in the specs required, working with the internal teams to finalize and deliver on time to meet print deadlines

• Design eye-catching social media assets to promote symposia across various platforms

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling materials for email campaigns, website content, and other communication channels

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design deliverables

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance creative output

Skills required

• Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

• Experience in creating materials for events, conferences, or similar professional gatherings

• Ability to translate creative concepts into impactful visual designs

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity'

• Proficient in Microsoft Powerpoint
