We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven experience in B2B design projects. This role requires someone who can take ownership of the full design cycle from concept and ideation, to client brainstorming, to final delivery, while ensuring all outputs meet both creative and technical standards.

Position Details:

Schedule: Weekdays 9AM - 6PM 

Location: Remote, face-to-face meetings at most once a month.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to translate briefs and profiling requests into effective design concepts.
• Develop design solutions tailored for B2B audiences, including marketing collaterals, presentations, social media graphics, and reports.
• Handle the full creative process: brainstorming, prototyping, revisions, and delivery.
• Ensure designs meet technical specifications (formats, dimensions, colour systems, file readiness for web/print).
• Manage multiple design projects, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain brand consistency while applying fresh and engaging creative ideas.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:

• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B design projects (e.g., corporate campaigns, professional services, brochures, white papers, LinkedIn creatives, etc.).
• Advanced proficiency in design tools:
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
• Figma or Sketch for collaboration and UI/UX
• Familiarity with Canva, CorelDRAW, or other tools is a plus
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to translate client input into clear design directions and contribute ideas during brainstorming.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for discussing creative concepts with clients.
• Experience in preparing deliverables for both digital platforms and print production.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to follow technical design requirements.

Nice to Have:

• Skills in motion graphics or video editing.
• Background in agency work or B2B marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of how design contributes to lead generation and B2B marketing funnels.
