- Recruitment database for fast recruitment
- Familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations,
- Develop a complete company SOP in many aspects
- Formulate the company's salary standard and payment system
- Complete other tasks asked by colleagues, can communicate in English, Chinese is a plus
Requisito
- Have recruitment database or fast recruitment channels, can quickly recruit the right candidate in a short period of time
- Familiar with Indonesian laws and regulations, can develop a complete company SOP such as attendance and sick leave
- Able to formulate the company's salary standard and salary payment system
- Speak English, Chinese is a plus
