1. Conduct Land Topographic, Boundary, and Construction Surveys include As-Built Survey using total stations, GPS, levels, and other instruments.

2. Analyzing data using Plans, Maps, Charts, Reports and Software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs

3. Taking Measurements of Distances and Angles on Property or Section of land in order to establish legal boundaries

4. Marking and Delineating boundaries and reference points on a Property or Section

of land/site layouts

5. Maintain accurate Records of Measurement and Survey Results

6. Presenting data to client and Preparing Reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information

7. Attend Internal Project Meeting or Client Meeting when necessary

8. Assist in resolving discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions

9. Work closely with Engineers, Architects and Construction Dept. Head Manager to provide critical survey data

10. Others task that may be assigned.

Job Requirements

• Flexible and willing to work in Bogo City, Cebu
• Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Geodetic/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): General Civil Works, Land Development, Surveying
• Preferably at least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
