• Conduct Land Topographic, Boundary, and Construction Surveys include As-Built Survey using total stations, GPS, levels, and other instruments
• Analyzing data using Plans, Maps, Charts, Reports and Software such as AutoCAD and GIS programs
• Taking Measurements of Distances and Angles on Property or Section of land in order to establish legal boundaries
• Marking and Delineating boundaries and reference points on a Property or Section of land/site layouts
• Maintain accurate Records of Measurement and Survey Results
• Presenting data to client and Preparing Reports detailing legal boundaries and other relevant information
• Attend Internal Project Meeting or Client Meeting when necessary
• Assist in resolving discrepancies between plans and actual site conditions
• Work closely with Engineers, Architects and Construction Dept. Head Manager to provide critical survey data
• Others task that may be assigned

Qualifications

• Flexible and willing to work in La Carlota, Bacolod
• Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Geodetic/Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Required skill(s): General Civil Works, Land Development, Surveying
• Preferably at least 3–5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
