• We are looking for a results-driven General Manager with solid experience in the automotive industry to lead overall operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in automotive sales, after-sales, and service management, and be highly capable of managing cross-functional teams, dealer networks, and customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across sales, service, and parts departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to meet revenue and operational goals.
• Lead the dealership or automotive business to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs such as sales performance, service turnaround time, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maintain financial health.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and clients.
• Lead, motivate, and mentor department managers and staff to ensure productivity and high morale.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or any related field.
• At least 5–8 years of leadership experience in the automotive industry (dealership, OEM, or aftermarket).
• Proven experience in managing sales, service operations, or parts distribution.
• Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
