Key Responsibilities

A. Accounting Services Management

• Review and check accounting transactions for:
• General Accounting
• Accounts Payable
• Disbursements
• Billing
• Prepare and/or review monthly financial reports
• Maintain and manage accounting records with high accuracy and completeness
• Ensure full compliance with accounting procedures and documentation standards
• Monitor completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of accounting deliverables

B. Tax Compliance

• Review and check tax returns prior to filing
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns
• Monitor tax compliance accuracy and submission deadlines
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on tax-related matters

C. Budget Planning and Monitoring

• Prepare, review, and consolidate company budget plans
• Prepare and/or check accounting budgets
• Prepare and submit Monthly Budget Monitoring Reports
• Ensure acceptability and timeliness of budget-related submissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
• CPA is an advantage but not required
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or audit
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and budgeting
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
