We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounting Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy with at least 2 years of experience in taxes, auditing, and importation of goods. A strong understanding of tax compliance and reporting is required, even without a CPA license. This role will involve handling financial records, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and supporting business operations through accurate accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate compliance with BIR regulations.
  • Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation and reports.
  • Monitor, review, and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Manage importation-related accounting tasks, including documentation and cost allocation.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper documentation for transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to support financial operations.
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, and summaries as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in taxes, auditing, and importation of goods.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine tax compliance and regulations.
  • Must have knowledge in ORUS (One Resource Unified System).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with accounting software is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be professional, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • CPA license is not required.
