Join our growing team at The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation (TGLFC) as an Accounting Supervisor and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our financial operations.

What You’ll Do

As our Accounting Supervisor, you’ll lead the preparation, validation, and analysis of financial reports and oversee key accounting processes to support business decision-making. You’ll ensure that financial data is accurate, compliant, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check and validate journal vouchers, recurring entries, and other adjustments.
• Oversee OPEX/CAPEX budget monitoring per department.
• Prepare and ensure completeness of financial statement schedules and analytics.
• Review account reconciliations and propose necessary adjustments.
• Supervise bank reconciliations and ensure timely reporting.
• Support external and internal audit requirements.
• Oversee cash receipts, cash disbursements, and cash advance liquidation processes.
• Ensure timely and accurate BIR filings, compliance with permits, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain organized document archiving and records management.
• Stay updated on accounting standards and statutory compliance updates.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive, analytical, and reliable leader who can guide the accounting team toward continuous improvement and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accountancy or any finance-related course; CPA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in financial reporting or general ledger functions.
• Experience in a financial institution or similar industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, BIR compliance, and ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills.
