GENERAL FUNCTION

This position maintains the beauty of plants, outdoor grounds, and general maintenance of assigned areas.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Perform regular cleaning in the assigned area (sweeping, leaf blowing, etc.)

2. Planting all types of plants, including flowers, shrubs, and trees

3. Maintaining plants by watering, trimming, pruning, lawn mowing, and removing weeds

4. Operate and maintain gardening tools and light gardening machinery

5. Keep grounds and green spaces free of litter, debris, and dead plant materials.

6. Collect and empty trash bins, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of trash

7. Notify management of any major maintenance issues, broken equipment, or safety hazards.

8. Maintain fish pond and feed fish on a regular basis

9. May assist in various maintenance activities as required

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

BASIC COMPETENCIES

• Organized and attention to details
• Has knowledge of plants and gardening techniques
• Ability to use and maintain gardening tools
• Physical ability to remain standing for most of the work hours
• Integrity and ability to work independently

Qualifications:

- at least High School Graduate

- With at least 1 year of experience as in the same field (With Certificate of Employment)

- Knowledgeable in housekeeping

Applicant must have the following requirements:

• NBI, Barangay Clearances
• Birth Certificate, College Diploma and TOR
• Certificate of Employment (from previous job)
• Mandatory Benefits: SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and TIN
• Medical: 5 Basic and Drugtest (once hired)
