About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who will focus on Odoo customization, API development, and system integrations. Alongside your development work, you will also handle selected IT administration tasks such as managing business applications, access control, and coordinating with vendors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building systems while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Primary Responsibilities — Development

• Customize and extend Odoo’s customer‑facing modules (CRM, Marketing Automation, Email/SMS Marketing, Surveys, Events, Ticketing, Live Chat, etc.)
• Build secure and scalable APIs using Python (FastAPI, Flask) or JavaScript (Node.js)
• Implement webhook‑based integrations between Odoo and external systems
• Develop responsive front‑end features using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Manage and optimize SQL databases (SQL Server and PostgreSQL)
• Support CRM implementation through configuration, integration, testing, and user onboarding
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver clean, practical solutions
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices in Git, testing, and deployment

Secondary Responsibilities — Systems Administration

• Administer systems (Google Workspace,etc.)
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access control
• Coordinate with website and web application vendors
• Maintail system configurations, security settings, and audit‑clean documentation
• Provide occasional support coverage for device setup and access issues

Job Requirements·      

• Experience working with Odoo (development or functional customization)
• Strong backend skills in Python and JavaScript (ES6+)
• Proficiency in SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration
• Familiarity with Next,is / React and Tailwind CSS
• Exposure to SaaS administration (Google Workspace, HRIS, accounting systems)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Bonus Points

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines
• Background in ERP/CRM implementation
