JOB DESCRIPTION


  1. In a residential apartment building, you typically work at a desk or station near the front of the building.
  2. Welcoming residents and visitors, passing along messages, hailing a taxi cab and suggesting excellent places to dine (if needed)
  3. Main role in organizing, managing, and keeping an office running
  4. Responsible for clerical and organizational tasks like file organizing, scheduling appointments, assisting other staff members, and drafting correspondences or messages.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  1. Must be a four-year college graduate.
  2. Basic computer knowledge, appropriate software proficiency, and good typing ability.
  3. Must possess multi-task handling ability, and knowledge of administrative procedures and clerical actions.
  4. Should be skillful in Microsoft Office package, telephone communication, listening etc.
  5. Excellent written and vocal communication.
  6. Pleasing personality / easy to go along with. 
  7. Good voice quality.
  8. Knowing the requirements for applying for a student permit or driver's license is a plus. (requirements will be given to her) (if needed)
  9. Should be honest and hardworking.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  1. Attend all Client Care briefings relative to the tenants of the property site.
  2. Handles queries, requests, and information dissemination and management in person (over-the-counter), over the phone (through voice calls and SMS / MMS), and over electronic mail (email).
  3. Checks and reviews all in-hour, arriving, and departing guests, visitors, or viewings, including collection of survey forms to assess guest satisfaction.
  4. Handles the Client Care Helpdesk system while coordinating with building administration, housekeeping, engineering, accounting, security and all other third-party vendors. This includes handling of amenity scheduling and requests and checking garbage collection requests or schedules with housekeeping.
  5. Handles the traffic in and out of personnel and parcels for Uptown Eastgate, including the preparation and endorsement report for the Security-in-Charge / GY Shift for any special requests or needs
  6. Handles queries, requests, and information dissemination and management in person, over the phone, and electronic mail.
  7. Answers and transfers calls, and handles the Client Care Helpdesk system while coordinating with building administration, engineering, accounting and third-party vendors.
