Descripción

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Requisito

Education Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a High/Senior High School degree.
Experience Level: No previous experience required.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication abilities, basic computer proficiency, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities and Duties: Greet guests, answer phone calls, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist with inquiries.
Working Conditions: Full-time role with potential weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Qualities and Traits: Friendly, professional demeanour, punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail.
