- Oversee and coordinate freight forwarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and guidelines.
- Assist in the negotiation of freight rates with carriers.
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation and reports.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree ( preferably, Customs Administration, Finance, Logistics, Business, or related field.)
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in computer applications and freight software
- Responsibilities and Duties: Familiarity with finance processes related to freight operations
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
