Descripción

  • We are looking for a motivated and skilled Freelance Recruiter to help us find and place top talent for various positions. The recruiter will work on a commission basis, earning ₱1,000 for each successful hire. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for self-driven individuals with strong networking and communication skills.
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively search for qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Screening: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet job requirements.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide updates on progress.
  • Candidate Matching: Match qualified candidates with job openings based on client requirements.

Requisito

  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR-related roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and achieve hiring goals.
