- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors on-site.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Plan daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
- Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available and properly used.
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards and project requirements are met.
- Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.
- Communicate project updates, issues, and progress to the Project Manager or Engineer.
- Resolve site-related problems and technical issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, timekeeping, and progress reports.
- Assist in training and mentoring junior workers or apprentices.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely material delivery.
