Descripción

  • Review each order for accuracy, including correct items, modifiers, and special requests.
  • Ensure food is presented according to restaurant standards before it reaches the guest.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen staff and servers.
  • Verify that all accompaniments, utensils, and garnishes are included.
  • Monitor food quality, temperature, and portion sizes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food expediting station.
  • Notify kitchen or service staff immediately of any discrepancies or issues.
  • Support food runners and servers during busy shifts.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.


Requisito

  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication and multitasking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
