- Greet and serve guests at CITI HRM CORPORATION facilities with enthusiasm and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area to ensure a pleasant environment.
- Take food and drink orders while providing menu information when required.
- Assist in the preparation of simple dishes and beverages when necessary.
- Handle transactions and ensure the accurate charging of services.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, maintain cleanliness of dining area, and process payments.
- Working Conditions: Standing or walking for long periods. Flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, attentive, quick learner, team player with a positive attitude, and able to handle customer inquiries and complaints gracefully.
