Dining

• Take down orders of guests and endorse the Order Slip (OS) to Kitchen for preparation of order and to Cashier for preparation of Guest Check
• Pick up order from kitchen/bar and countercheck against the OS to ensure completeness and accuracy of the order
• Serve orders to guests
• Refill water goblets, coffee or tea cups upon guest’s request or when necessary

Dining Maintenance

• Take out soiled dinner plates, silverware and glasses from the dining table after the guests have finished eating
• Forward all soiled tableware and linen to the dishwashing area and linen section
• Prepare and arrange mise-en-place on table in accordance with the established standards once the tables have been cleared and cleaned
• Maintains the cleanliness of all chinaware, silverware, glasses and linen

Guest Relations

• Manages guest expectations and guest complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recommends menu items that guests will appreciate
• Refers to F&B Team Leader for any guest complaints or any issues related to operations of the dining outlet

• Preferred 1-year Food & Beverage experience in a resort, hotel, or restaurant.
