Requirements

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and guide staff to achieve targets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle daily operations and solve problems efficiently
• Basic knowledge of reporting, scheduling, and staff performance monitoring
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Responsible, disciplined, and reliable attitude
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, or POS system – if applicable)
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays (if required)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities
• Ensure smooth daily operations and workflow
• Assign duties and monitor staff performance
• Train new staff and provide guidance to team members
• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
• Handle staff attendance, discipline, and basic HR matters
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or issues
• Prepare daily or weekly reports for management
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and workplace standards are maintained
