• Monitor and optimize the performance and profitability of company-owned and franchise stores
• Lead regular P&L reviews with Area Managers and provide data-driven insights
• Manage the value proposition and performance of franchise partnerships
• Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and legal contracts
• Conduct franchise consultations and annual surveys, implementing key recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams (BD, Marketing, Finance, HR, Warehousing, Operations) to strengthen the franchise offer
• Drive consistency in operational best practices and franchise execution
• Own supplier relationships and identify opportunities for offer improvement
• Guide store investment strategy and investor alignment with company values
• Manage offer development as a marketing category, ensuring readiness and profitability

• 2–3 years’ experience in franchise operations or management
• Proven ability to analyze business performance and lead process improvements
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of legal compliance and contract management for franchise models
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in MS Office or similar productivity software
• Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
