- Implementation and execution of the mission, vision and objective of the business and organization.
- Look for producers and suppliers of products to sell, negotiates terms and build relationships.
- Offers access to new markets and customer bases.
- Interacts with consignors and customers, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Develop and implement sales/collection strategies and action plans.
- Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.
- Set up financial budgets and action plans to achieve sales targets.
Requisito
- With at least two (2) year experience in sales from the rank to managerial level.
- Preferably handling food sales and willing to work in a wet market and different places.
- With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.
- Easy to adapt, willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.
- Can recruit qualified candidates and do training of staff.
