Provide financial guidance and insurance products to clients, while also ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records. 


Core Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning & Advice: Meeting with clients to understand their financial goals, assessing risk tolerance, and developing personalized financial plans. 
  • Insurance Sales: Presenting various insurance products and services to potential and existing clients, helping them choose coverage that meets their needs. 
  • Risk Management: Evaluating client risk profiles and recommending appropriate insurance solutions for risk mitigation. 
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all relevant insurance and financial regulations. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and referrals. 
  • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of client information, policies, and transactions. 
  • Policy Processing: Assisting clients with policy applications, renewals, and adjustments. 
  • Claims Assistance: Providing support to clients during the claims process. 
  • Business Development: Developing strategies to attract new clients and increase sales. 
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and other relevant metrics.

  • Strong Communication Skills:
  • Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts and insurance products. 
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Ability to assess financial situations, evaluate risks, and make sound recommendations. 
  • Sales and Persuasion Skills:
  • Ability to effectively market insurance products and build trust with clients. 
  • Customer Service Skills:
  • Ability to handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. 
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with insurance products, financial planning software, and industry regulations. 


Key Considerations:

  • Insurance Licensing: Obtaining the necessary licenses to sell insurance products in the relevant jurisdiction is a prerequisite for this role. 
  • Continuing Education: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations through ongoing education is essential for success.

  • 5- 10 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
