• Oversee the daily management of in-house loan lending activities
• Conduct loan checks independently, ensuring compliance with all specified loan criteria
• Coordinate and reconcile foreign exchange transactions, including alignment with trading tools and bank statements.
• Monitor and manage the shared mailbox for loan-related communications, ensuring responses within 24 hours.
• Conduct daily review and proper filing of legal agreements to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Perform quarterly reviews and arrange applicable fees for credit facilities in accordance with established agreements
• Serve as the primary counterpart to external stakeholders, including financial institutions, and collaborate with internal departments on Treasury and payment-related matters.
• Provide support for various enhancement initiatives, such as system testing and process improvement projects.
• Monitor bank accounts and oversee cash movement activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of reports related to Treasury operations.
• Offer ad-hoc support during team absences to maintain continuity of operations.

Job Qualifications

• Possess 5-6 years of experience in Finance, Corporate Treasury, or Accounting, preferably within an international working environment
• A dependable and trustworthy individual with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Self-driven and proactive, thriving under pressure
• Ability to effectively and appropriately communicate with both internal and external parties
