Manage daily financial operations and reporting.
Oversee financial operations, prepare reports, manage asset portfolios, and conduct market research.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Lead and mentor the finance team to enhance performance.
Collaborate with departments to support strategic financial planning.
Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in financial supervision or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), financial statements, analytics, and reporting.
Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with standard hours and occasional overtime.
Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communication skills, and able to work collaboratively.
