Descripción

  • Providing financial and administrative support;
  • Preparation of billing;
  • Tracking of collections;
  • Billing due statement of Accounts; 
  • Processing of invoices;
  • Gathering accounts due for clients from all departments;
  • Preparation of Financial Reports;
  • Reconciliation of Xero accounts;
  • Updating and recording and forwarding of Petty cash and collections;
  • Assisting with an internal budget and financial concerns;
  • Providing support and customer care by addressing client concerns and inquiries.

Requisito

  • Job Title: Finance Officer
  • Educational Qualifications: Minimum education level, degree not required.
  • Experience Level: No previous experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills and Competencies: Financial literacy, strong communication skills, both written and verbal, attention to details, and proficiency in computer applications.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage financial records, prepare reports, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Working Conditions: Typical office environment with standard working hours.
