We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager with a valid CPA license or legal professional background to join our leadership team. This position plays a critical role in driving financial excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing leadership across the finance function in a dynamic retail environment.

• Must be a licensed CPA, Lawyer, or equivalent professional.
• Proven background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong ability to coach, train, and motivate both the finance department and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing relationships with banks, government agencies, and business partners.
• Must possess excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Preferably with a background in fast-paced retail environments, familiar with varied policies across department store chains.

Technical Skills & Tools:

• Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in SAP is a strong advantage (preferred but not required).
• Familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
• Able to lead discussions on business processes and change management initiatives.
