Lead and manage the accounting team in overseeing the finance and accounting functions of various entities.
Review monthly entity-level management accounts prepared by the team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Prepare/review Group consolidated financial reports by performing consolidation entries, eliminations and adjustments
Provide periodical financial reporting/analysis packages to management and attend to ad-hoc queries/requests
Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and liaise with auditors to complete the annual audit.
Administer and manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, including working with management to finalize budget planning and performing periodic variance analysis.
Supervise the preparation of quarterly and annual account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
Review, implement and improve financial workflows/processes to strengthen internal control and compliance and to enhance operational efficiencies.

Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant financial experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Good knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis techniques.
Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, as well as ability to multi-task.
Possess strong work ethics, good initiatives, and a process-improvement mindset.
Hands-on and self-motivated team-player
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, to perform the core job duties accurately and to prioritize and deliver within tight deadlines.
Knowledgeable in Quickbook & Synergix (ERP) will be an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
