Position: Finance/Accounting Assistant

Monthly Salary: Starting at Php 30,000

• Prepare and file BIR compliance documents and tax returns (monthly, quarterly, annually), including:
• Compensation and Expanded Withholding Tax
• VAT – Sales and Purchases
• Income Tax Returns (ITR), QAP, SAWT
• Encoding and eSubmission of VAT Relief and eSales reports
• Process and reconcile petty cash and bank transactions.
• Review and verify daily vouchers before forwarding to finance for funding.
• Monitor accounts such as disbursement vouchers, journal entries, and ledgers.
• Prepare BIR Form 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax) and send it to suppliers.
• Prepare BIR Form 2316 (Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld).
• Prepare Annual GIS (General Information Sheet) for SEC submission.
• Assist with business registrations and renewals with SEC, BIR, and LGUs.
• Support audit requirements, prepare expense and revenue summaries, and assist in BIR LOA responses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding billing, collections, and unresolved payments.
• Assist in routing documents for signature and other interdepartmental coordination.
• Help prepare payroll and other financial reports as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any business-related course.
• Experience with BIR processes and government compliance is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems/tools.
• Good command of English; both written and verbal.
• Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig or Mandaluyong City.

Employment Details

• Position Level: With at least 2 years of experience in the same field
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Dress Code: Casual attire (formal wear not required).
• Type of Employment: Full-time.
