Position: Procure-to-Pay Senior Manager

Job Requirements:

bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business or any related course

With at least 10-12 years of experience finance operations specializing in Procure to Pay.

With at least 5-8 years of experience in people management.

With working experience in Shared services or BPO companies.

With hands on experience P2P System with oracle fusion is a plus

Responsibilities:

Leading strategic sourcing, ensuring supplier due diligence, performance, and contract management.

Overseeing purchase orders, goods receipt, invoice processing, and payments, ensuring operational excellence.

Enforcing procurement policies, internal controls (SOX), and ESG standards.

Driving global P2P strategy, process transformation, and digital innovation.

Implementing AI/ML for invoice processing, spend analytics, and managing P2P platforms

Partnering with Finance, IT, and business units for efficient workflows.
