As a Field Collector, you will be responsible for managing and collecting overdue loans or payments from clients in person. You will work closely with clients to ensure timely repayment while maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach. Your goal is to minimize overdue accounts and maintain positive relationships with customers to support the lending company’s objectives.
Conduct field visits to clients who have overdue loans or payments.
Communicate with clients regarding their outstanding balances, providing payment reminders and payment options.
Negotiate repayment terms with clients who are unable to settle the full amount.
Document and report progress of collections to management regularly.
Offer solutions for clients experiencing financial difficulties, ensuring repayment plans are in place.
Follow up on payment commitments and provide support to clients in person or over the phone.
Maintain a professional and polite approach in all interactions with clients.
Ensure that all collected amounts are properly documented and accounted for.
Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations regarding collections.
Provide feedback to management on trends, challenges, and areas for improvement in the collection process.
Handle legal documents related to overdue loans, if applicable, including processing notices of default and pursuing legal actions when necessary.
Perform other duties as required by the company.
Requisito
High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an advantage.
Experience in collections, sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
Knowledge of lending and financial services is an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Must be willing to travel and work in the field.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
Knowledge of Philippine laws and regulations related to collections is a plus.

Willing to do field work in Pampanga and Bataan.
