- Manage retail sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive sales.
- Assist in merchandising and inventory management.
- Stay updated with fashion trends to inform customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotions.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management, effective sales management, teamwork, public speaking, and sales training abilities.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, flexible hours including weekends.
- Qualities and Traits: Outgoing, motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
