They should maintain a neat and presentable appearance that represents the brand’s image well, demonstrate honesty and reliability in handling cash and merchandise, and work effectively as a team player in rotating or group settings. Being self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision is important, along with adaptability to different mall or kiosk locations to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.
