Descripción
- Supervise and manage daily farming activities, including planting, harvesting, fertilizing, irrigation, and livestock care (if applicable).
- Develop and implement farm schedules, production plans, and maintenance programs.
- Monitor crop and soil conditions, and recommend best practices for optimum yield.
- Oversee farm labor, provide direction and training, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Manage inventory of equipment, supplies, and farm inputs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to report farm performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to environmental and government regulations related to farming practices.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in a farm management or supervisory role.
- In-depth knowledge of farm operations, crop cultivation, and agricultural equipment.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Willing to be based in or relocate to Tanay, Rizal.
