  • Design and analyze facade systems for buildings.
  • Collaborate with architects and contractors to ensure design feasibility.

  • Review and approve shop drawings and specifications.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and materials.
  • Review all drawings prepared by the team and can monitor projects with less supervision

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in façade design and engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in CAD software, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of building materials.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Design and analyze façade systems, collaborate with architects, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based with occasional site visits; may require travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
