Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in event planning and execution for corporate activities
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks as required by management

Qualifications / Skills:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Skilled in meeting management, travel coordination, and event planning
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
