Schedule: Night Shift

Job Description:

Work-From-Office is a setup based in Angeles.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Administrative Assistant to support daily operations for a US-based leading provider of equipment solutions for the meat, bakery, and broader food industries.  The ideal candidate will provide administrative and customer service support, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, exceptional written and spoken English, and a professional, neutral accent for clear communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct calls from the main telephone line professionally and efficiently.
  • Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks online, including data entry and document management.
  • Maintain accurate records and organize files as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and company employees over the phone and via email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Website Content management system editing (full training given)

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern Time.
  • Excellent written and spoken English with a clear and neutral accent.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle customer interactions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • computer typer: 70 + WPM
