Key Responsibilities


• Transport, carry, load, and unload all event materials, booth structures, electrical equipment,sound systems, and promotional assets for Omni events nationwide.

• Set up and dismantle event booths, displays, tents, lighting, sound systems, and other activation equipment.

• Ensure all electrical connections, wiring, and power sources are safely installed and operational; perform minor electrical works as needed.

• Conduct pre-event checks to ensure all equipment is complete, functional, and in good condition.
Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues related to sound systems, power supply, lighting, and booth installations.

• Maintain inventory of event logistics assets and report missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items.

• Coordinate closely with the Events Lead and Events Specialist - Manning to ensure timely and smooth execution of all activations.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, proper handling of equipment, and secure storage of all event materials.

• Assist in packing, organizing, and maintaining the warehouse or storage area for event equipment.
Support nationwide deployments and be available for travel and extended work hours during peak event periods.

Qualifications:

• 
Experience in event execution

• Excellent organizational, multitasking skills.

• A Handyman, knowledge in basic trouble shooting in carpentry

• Must have an above average skill in electrical
Willing to travel nationwide and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.

• Energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for creating great event experiences.
