Key Responsibilities

EVENT EXECUTION & ON-GROUND ACTIVATION

  • Execute Omni On The Road activations across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, ensuring all setup and program requirements are met.
  • Ensure full setup and teardown of event assets including tents, backdrops, banners, lighting displays, sound systems, demo tables, and product exhibits.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, engage customers, answer product inquiries, and ensure strong brand visibility.
  • Act as the frontliner/brand ambassador of Omni during events; maintain professionalism, energy, and positive customer interactions.
  • Ensure all materials, display boards, demo units, marketing collaterals, and activity materials are complete and functional before every deployment.
  • Manage booth activities such as games, raffles, sampling, and crowd engagement mechanics.
  • Ensure strict adherence to event run-down, timelines, and quality standards set by Head of Sales and Marketing, and the Events Lead.
  • Serve as on-site coordinator during Omni Caravan in partner stores, handling coordination with store managers and promodisers.

LOGISTICS & COORDINATION

  • Assist the Events Lead in preparing event checklists, packing lists, and deployment schedules.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and logistics providers for deliveries, rentals, and transportation requirements.
  • Manage the loading and unloading of event materials, ensuring proper handling.
  • Ensure that all branded assets (tarpaulins, standees, banners, uniforms, POS materials) inventory accuracy are prepared and delivered on time.
  • Maintain the events inventory; track usage, damage, and replenishment needs.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, hotel accommodations, vehicle scheduling, and route planning for provincial activations.

STORE & PARTNER RELATIONS

  • Work closely with store managers, promodisers, and distributors to ensure high-quality store-based activations.
  • Conduct pre-event store visits to check space availability, display conditions, electric connections, and store rules.
  • Communicate event guidelines, schedules, and expected participation to the store teams.
  • Represent Omni in trade shows, store activities, retail activations, and dealer events as assigned.

BRAND PROMOTION & CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT

  • Promote Omni products directly to end-users through live demos, features explanation, and hands-on interactions.
  • Drive product awareness, highlight benefits, and educate consumers on LED technology, electrical safety, and Omni's product advantages.
  • Assist in gathering customer testimonials, photos, videos, and key stories during events.
  • Support the marketing team in implementing field-level brand campaigns, contests, and promotions.

REPORTING & DOCUMENTATION

  • Prepare event accomplishment reports including photos, videos, foot traffic, sales impact, engagement numbers, and activity highlights.
  • Submit post-event assessments with recommendations for improvement.
  • Track event expenses, receipts, fuel usage, and other relevant reimbursements for audit and monitoring.
  • Maintain a database of event records, store activation history, and activation performance metrics.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING

  • Attend regular trainings on Omni's full product line to ensure accurate and confident product presentations.
  • Train promodisers and store teams when needed on product basics, selling points, and display guidelines.
  • Stay updated on new releases, core features, and differences vs. competing brands.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking skills.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills - comfortable speaking to both large audiences and small groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with event or project management tools is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel nationwide and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required.
  • Energetic, resourceful, and detail-oriented, with a genuine passion for creating great event experiences.
  • Resourceful and quick problem solver.
  • Professional and customer-focused.
  • Strong brand ambassador presence.
  • Willing to do hands-on work (loading, setup, events materials handling).
