Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Experience Level: with 1 year BPO exp. (Online ESL teaching is an advantage)
• Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs.
• Qualities and Traits: Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
• Evening Hours: 9:00 PM – 2:00 AM
