Descripción
- Conducts regular inspection for maintenance & repair activities.
- Ensures the functionalities of machineries and equipment
- Oversees the Motor Pool operations that supports the farm transportation needs.
- Ensures the cleanliness and sanitation of the farm facility (solid waste, MRF, weed clearing, etc)
- Ensures the maintenance and upkeep of the power generation facility and distribution lines, and waste water treatment facility.
- Checks regularly the maintenance schedules of each machineries, equipment & buildings to achieve consistency.
- Implements safety measures on a regular basis for the benefit of both employees and farm facilities.
- Updates Maintenance & Safety Manuals regularly as may be required.
- Recommends to Management areas for improvement in relation to building designs and safety standards.
- Oversees the implementation of regular pest control scheduling.
- Oversees the conduct of bidding process, constructor performance and target achievements in coordination with concerned departments.
- Conducts regular performance evaluation of subordinates in coordination with HR Department as required.
- Conducts regular department meetings and requires appropriate related reports from each of the areas being supervised by subordinates
- Submits monthly reports and weekly updates as required.
- Performs other functions (Tasks and Special Projects) as may be assigned.
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil), Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in facilities and maintenance management, preferably in an agricultural, manufacturing, or farm setting.
- Solid knowledge in the operation and maintenance of machineries, equipment, power generation systems, and waste treatment facilities.
- Experience in motor pool or fleet management is an advantage.
- Familiarity with sanitation, pest control, and solid waste management practices in large-scale facilities.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety standards and ability to implement safety protocols across departments.
- Experience in contractor management, bidding processes, and performance evaluations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to conduct evaluations and departmental meetings.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and maintaining technical documentation, manuals, and regular reports.
- Willingness to take on special projects and cross-functional responsibilities as assigned.
