Descripción

  • Investigating, researching, and resolving employee grievances and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
  • Providing guidance and support to both managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to review and update HR policies and procedures. Delivering training sessions on topics such as conflict resolution and workplace communication.
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Assisting with disciplinary processes and performance management as needed.

Requisito

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an employee relations or HR generalist role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Knowledge of employment legislation, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with HR information systems and data management.
  • Can start ASAP.
