  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers regarding company policies and HR procedures.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture..
  • Document findings and provide recommendations for corrective or disciplinary actions
  • Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of all cases.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing, updating, and communicating HR policies and guidelines.
  • Support implementation of employee-focused initiatives and company programs.
  • Help enhance communication between employees, managers, and HR.
  • Assist in organizing training or awareness sessions on workplace ethics, conduct, or policy awareness.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years experience in HR, preferably in Employee Relations.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to start ASAP and work in Taguig City
