  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee relations policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication between management and employees to resolve workplace issues and concerns.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Support the HR department in training managers and supervisors on employee relation matters.
  • Monitor and report on trends in employee relations within the organization.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in employee relations or human resources.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
