We're looking for a results-driven and strategic E-Commerce Supervisor to manage and optimize our online sales platforms. You'll be in charge of boosting our digital presence, ensuring a consistent brand image, and driving sales performance across desktop, mobile, and tablet platforms. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement online sales and marketing strategies across all platforms.
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce channels.
• Monitor online performance metrics and continuously improve sales funnels.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations by training and supporting the team.
• Work closely with brand, sales, and marketing teams to align initiatives.
• Manage and improve marketing channels: email, SEO, SEM, retargeting, and social media.
• Maintain website quality, speed, performance, and compliance.
• Use analytics to evaluate customer journeys and enhance the e-commerce experience.
• Lead website re-platforming and content management system (CMS) upgrades.
• Collaborate with third-party suppliers and service providers.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Achieve sales revenue targets.
• Meet digital marketing and operational metrics.
• Deliver effective coaching and development for staff.
• Ensure excellent employee engagement scores.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce management
• Proven track record in achieving online sales targets and managing campaigns
• Experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM tools
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads
• Strong knowledge of current e-commerce trends and technologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
