Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-commerce Assistant. The top priorities for this role include updating and managing Shopify listings, creating line sheets, developing affiliate plans for TikTok, and working with Excel to track and analyze data.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify, be highly proficient in Excel, and preferably have a background or interest in design work to assist with product visuals and branding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

-Update and manage product listings and content on Shopify

-Create and maintain line sheets for product presentations

-Develop and coordinate affiliate marketing plans on TikTok

-Track sales, inventory, and campaign performance using Excel

-Assist with order processing, returns, and customer inquiries

-Support the team in creating visual content such as banners and promotional materials

-Strong experience with Shopify, Tiktok or other e-commerce platforms

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data tracking, formulas)

-Strong experience with TikTok and affiliate marketing strategies.

-Basic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva or similar tools (preferred)

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
