Descripción

The E-Commerce and Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving online sales growth and enhancing brand visibility across digital platforms. This role combines strategic marketing execution with hands-on management of e-commerce operations, ensuring a seamless online customer journey while implementing effective campaigns to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce:

  • Manage and optimize the company’s online store(s) and marketplace accounts (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Ensure accurate and appealing product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor website performance, user behavior, and conversion rates to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze e-commerce KPIs (e.g., traffic, bounce rate, average order value, ROI) and generate regular reports.

Digital Marketing:

  • Plan, develop, and execute online marketing campaigns including paid search (Google Ads), paid social (Meta, TikTok), email marketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials aligned with brand voice and strategy.
  • Optimize SEO across all digital platforms to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators to produce compelling promotional assets and landing pages.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for e-commerce.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Analytics).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
