Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok, etc.)
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for restocking
• Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in creating and uploading product descriptions, images, and pricing
• Monitor website and platform analytics; generate performance reports
• Coordinate with marketing to implement online campaigns, promotions, and sales events
• Ensure product information is accurate and consistent.
• Track competitor activities and assist in price monitoring and benchmarking
• Support return/refund processes in coordination with customer service
