Manage day-to-day operations of domestic e-commerce platforms.
Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
Analyze sales data to optimize product listings and promotions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless customer experience.
Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries promptly.
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in e-commerce or related areas.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in CRM, logistics, sales and marketing, vendor management, data analysis, and digital marketing.
Working Conditions: Office environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
